Sins will not Update via Impulse

Long story short:  I allow the game to update, Impulse downloads the new patch, and when it is complete...

 

Bam! At 100% complete it says "Experiencing network difficulties - The operation has timed out."  Using task manager I disabled every other possible program from anti-virus to firewall to instant messenger...no matter what I follow, I get that same error message.

Game works(ed) fine with previous versions.

Any help?

I am downloading the version 1.12 and I have your problem as well but my is still downloading, but it says that it is downloading at 2.17 mb/ sec but it more like 2.17 kb/s, is there a probelm with the server?
