go to username

go to local settings (you will need to type this in)

go to application Data (you will need to type this in)

go to Ironclad games

go to sins of a solar empire

go to settings

click on achievements.achievements

open with wordpad

change any FALSE to TRUE and save and restart Sins

The ponies is a tribute to some hard core fans from the first beta who called themselves the space ponies, the achievment is a planet bonus that is generated randomly, just play it often enough and collonize a shit ton of planets and you'll get it.
