Problems getting galaxy forge to work! please help!!!!

i downloaded Galaxy Forge tried  to run it and it just closed it again

if anyone out their has the answer to this queestion i would really like to have it, i tried to find the ansear to this problem in the forums already but apart from several people having the same problem my search yeilded nothing.

if anyone has the answear to this question please tell me

and if someone does have the answer i feel  that it should be place on the Galaxy forge FAQ as it seems to be quite a few others who are having the same problem as me!

please help!
