Help with start button!

I just started skinning yesterday for the first time in my life, but I can't figure out how to get the start orb I made to go where I want it it to, it goes off to the left (image below)

I want it down more about 9pxls, and right about 15 it should be just right then, but I can't figure out how to get it there.

Alot of times you can add the numer of pixels to the left or right as blank space in your image.Then each subsaquent frame would have same amount of padding.

Top to bottom your overall image height should be the same as the height as the taskbar.
