Game Crashes Before Starting

Any Ideas?

Hello. Hopefully you guys can give me a hand here. When I start the game, I get a black screen, then I get a windows error sound. I check the error code and it is 0xc0000005. I have no idea what this code is, or how to fix it. I am running Windows XP, and have 512MB of RAM, ATI Radeon Xpress 200 video card with 128MB. I have 2 error logs if anyone can make some sense out of them. One is from v1.0, and the other, v1.05. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried updating the game to 1.1?

Yes I have, and it results in the same error. I just tried that last night.
