Galaxy Forge - Crazy Error

Anyone ever heard of this mess? Back when Sins first came out I was using the old Galaxy Forge no problem, but suddenly this new version wont work. I've done some searching around the net and found a couple of other people with the same problem, but I have never seen a response.

Same problem here, but I was never able to use the Galaxy Forge, not the old version and not the new one.
