Hello fellow S'poreans! 
Just got the game. You wouldn't believe how difficult it is to get it nowadays...thank God for hardwarezone. Anyway, I bought the Gold Edition, the one with Dread Lords and Dark Avatar, and I have to say it looks a really great game. Can't wait to get started!
I agree its hard to get it here in Singapore. I got mine (Gold Edition) via Stardock Central and got them to mail the box to me.
You should get TOA.. It completes GalCiv and trust me, you'll never touch another 4X strategy game ever!
GalCiv2 Endless Universe and Ultimate Edition are both available in Singapore now. I just got the Ultimate Edition for 49.90.
