Won't play Now after 2. Update

Twilight 0f Arnor now won't play

When I try and run it just flashes a couple times then I get a blank black screen with a border on right and bottom - no activity. I can close it but Vista reports Arnor has stopped working. I upgraded my NVidia software to latest driver, even uninstalled Arnor and redownloaded with same results...

It was working before the upgrade...

Any suggestion?
