Formatting Computer - what needs to be saved

I am planning on doing a format of this computer, And I would like to know what filies I need/should backup for Sins. The save games aren't really all that important since im not running the most recient version but once I reinstall it I will be. Mostly I'm looking to back up the settings and achievements if possible.

Any help would be great, I did a quick look around the old disk and didn't see anythign obvious and the forum search was less than helpful.

The file you want to back up is achievements.achievements in C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Setting\

You might have hidden files on so be sure to turn it off.
