ObjectDock Crashes after Restart...HELP!!!!

well i have been having this problem for a while......i download/install OD and everything goes fine but when i restart my computer, OD doesnt start up and when i click the "OD" desktop icon it doesnt open either.....then i need to delete and re-download but then i have to repeat this process ALL the time.....why does it keep crashing after i restart/turn off/turn on and how do i fix it?

im using the free version of 1.9.

What are your system specs? OS, cpu, memory, etc.?
