Problems getting the GCII - Dreadlords update

Hello,

I bought the game Galactic Civilisations II - Dreadlords some months ago.

I also used the Stardock software to update the game - and it worked fine. After a few months of not playing the game, I uninstalled it , Now, I reinstalled it and again tried to get the updates, with the Impulse software - unfortunately, I didn't knew my last account name, so I created a new account.

After I tried to update the game, the programm says "invalid serial or e-mail adress" - The serial is 100% correct.

What should I do now ?

The serial can only be registered to an account once, then it is permanently on that account and can't be put on another through normal means. If you remember some clues about your old account or entered the real name/address/etc., contact support@stardock.com and they can help you recover it.
