WindowBlinds wallpaper tags don't work

The wallpaper tab in WindowBlinds 6.3 (build 69 x86) allows me to apply tags to wallpapers, but it won't filter on any tags. It has everything classified as untagged regardless of the fact that I have other tags checked off. What am I missing?

I just checked here and the tags are working correctly.

I tagged a wallpaper as dark and then set the filter to only show wallpapers with that tag and only the one wallpaper showed.
