ODP - Text missing on mouseover?

For some reason on some of my tabbed docks (not all) the text won't show up when I mouseover, despite the settings being correct. The only difference I could think of are the ones where I can't see it are ones that don't have normal icons (some are from browser shortcuts, some were changed due to the game lacking one).

 

It's quite an inconvenience, and searching didn't help. :/

What a weird glitch, it took 3 hibernates to fix it, and it decided to randomly fix itself. Not sure why the first or second didn't do it. Wasn't even rapidly, just over the course of a few days.
