Does support really reply to your emails?

Not sure what I am gaining from buying MP pro in terms of support.

I sent them 2-3 emails over past 3-4 months asking when Vista will start supporting C-A-D via C-A-BackSpace. No response at all.

I posted questions on the forum, but only got responses from other users confirming the problem, but no real solution.

I would also like to see a roadmap for the product.

Is that too much to ask?

The forums are community based.  Support is sometimes present but it's not for them.  It's for us.

Did you get an autoresponse?  So you know that they got your case?

I'm pretty sure there's a solution to your issue though.  Let me give someone a poke.

Looking through our esupport system I don't see any tickets from you.  Did you ever get even an automated response?

Multiplicity currently supports C-A-B for the C-A-D signal on Vista, so I am unsure what you are asking for.  If you are having trouble getting it working, you can PM me (since it appears there is some problem with any messages getting through to eSupport) and I will help you out.

Did PM.

I have MP server on Vista Enterprise and MP client Vista Business. Both running SP1.

When I use C-A-B for client it does not work.  Both computers are in Active Directory so the logon screen is Domain auth oiriented as opposed standalone.

is this important? (64bit)

i have one Vista Ultimae 32 Bit, and one Vista Ultimate 64 Bit,  bot in different Domains..

i plan to buy it, but if read here the forum, i am scaried, that there is (sometimes) no support, (some Postst are asked months before, and still now answer..) because there are so many unreplied questions, since August :-(

is the mail ticket support team better, than the forum (i read that this is a comunity forum, and only sometime supporter are here to help...)

There was an issue with Ctrl - Alt - Del support on Windows Vista 64 bit with MP 1.21 which has been resolved with MP 1.22.  The issue was the installer did not install two files on that OS.

For the best support it is best to mail support@stardock.com
