Update for TA doesn't update others?

My Impulse says that my GalCivII-Dreadlords and GalCivII-Dark Avatar are ready for update (updates available), but I could only update Twilight. Serial registered to GCII:TA. When I try to update DL and DA it asks for serial but I don't have one. Is this normal?

Did you buy them direct or at retail? In either case, you should have the serials already on your account in order to download/update TA.

I have bought GalCiv2:TA from 1C/Snowball (Russia) . Original English version with Internal code with which I have registered a snowball acoount and recieved registration for GalCiv2 on stardock.

As I understood it's a retail version. I have updated it to v1.96 by stardock Central Application but when I heard of update to v.2.0 and didn't see it in SDC I have installed Impulse.

Now I have GalCiv2:TA in v. 2.00.028, and GalCiv2 v.1.50.135 with available update to 1.53.136, GalCiv2:DA v.1.80g.100 with update to 2.00.104 but I can't update last two without valid serial.

Got myself to contact support....

Sent e-mail. Got ticket. The ticket (BVP-947450) was deleted in 4 hours - no mail reply, no answer via esupport. Asked about this in mail with Subj as TicketID - got another ticket.... Waiting for this ticket to be also deleted)

Dissapointing....
