Keepsafe activation error

Hello,

I'm a registered user of keepsafe. After a new installation I get always activation errors.

"Please check the serial number that you have entered and ensure that it is associated with the email you used. Try to activate the product again. If you are using Stardock Central you can right-click on the product and attempt to activate without reinstalling."

I have a normal serial and I don'tlnow where is the problem.

I'd have a new set of serials sent out.  https://www.stardock.com/support/  Fill inthe top form.

Hello,

when I sent my serials via mail to me the keepsafe serial is always the same which I got this morning. Do you have change the serial or what mean you words "I'd have a new set of serials sent out." Sorry my english is not the best.

You understood correctly.  Email support@stardock.com to have them look into this
