"ObjectDock has stopped working" at each boot.

I am running Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 64bit. I also have ObjectDock Plus installed. It is v1.90.033 according to Impulse, or v1.90a (Build 538u) according to "About ObjectDock".

At every boot, my desktop loads normally. My various docks appear. Then I get an error telling me that Objectdock.exe has stopped working. I close the error message and my docks all work fine (with the exception of my taskbar dock being empty). When this occurs I get the following in my event log:

Faulting application ObjectDock.exe, version 1.9.0.538, time stamp 0x474c947f, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, time stamp 0x00000000, exception code 0x00000000, fault offset 0x00000000, process id 0xa28, application start time 0x01c93effecce945f.

Any idea why this might be happening?

sounds like objectdock may have gotten itself corrupted, try uninstalling the program and removing all traces of it with a registry cleaner, then use impulse to download and install it again. I know this is a pain in the ass, as you will have to set your docks and shortcuts up again, but if it gets the program working again then it may be worth the hassle. good luck :)

That's not an option as the current version on Impulse is even more broken that the one currently installed.

Looks like your only option is to email support@stardock.com.  I wonder if it's a 64bit problem.  I have OD Plus loaded on an XP system 32bit and have the latest version lthat Impulse has and it's working.
