serial number issues

After I switched to impulse GC2 DA will not update.  When I go back to Back to StarDock Central It tells me that it couldn't get gda info.  In Impulse it's telling me that Impulse doesn't recognize the serial #.  I've had this game since the beta days,  so obviously I purchused this from Stardock online.  I would appreciate it if you could resolve this problem I still can play GC2 DA  But since I went to Impulse TOA is not playable I've reloaded several times so maybe DA might be the problem.  I have purchased all GC2 games from Stardock, and enjoyed them quite abit.  So can you please help me?  Oh yes, I did read the forum on Serial issues. Please contact support@stardock.com about this, they should be able to resolve any serial/account issue you're having.
