Windowblinds + Roboform + Firefox = problem

Morning Stardock users

I have posted this before, but then decided it wasn't Windowblinds fault, but after testing things a little more, I am now convinced it is.

I use the popular password manager Roboform, which attaches a toolbar to Firefox that lets you easily manage your logins. However if Windowblinds has skinned Firefox, something strange happens. I click on the toolbar to bring up my list of logins and, as I move the mouse over them suddenly the list will just disappear as if I had clicked it to close (when I have not). This happens so frequently and is so annoying that I have to disable skinning of Firefox alltogether.

Has anyone else encountered this problem and if so is there a workaround for it? I have a screen recorder and can capture it actually happening if anyone is confused as to what I mean.

Ive never heard of it. but that dont mean it cant be happening. I posted in your exclusions thread, hopefully if you cant get this worked out it will help some..

Yep, i have same problem. At least if you exclude skinning for some Siber Systems "Exe"-files,

it  will work quite "ok" (Ai Roboform - by Siber Systems), however your "passcards" will appear slowly.

Without skinning exclusion, firefox may become unusable - in some cases.

Btw, there is also problem with Total Uninstall 5 - by Martau. Without skinning exclusion,

it will show "weird" black spots, and if you click menubar icons/links,

it will "crash" whole program.

I just bought Object Desktop Ultimate and it works well,

but i am surprised that there is still issues with Vista, even Windows 7 is coming.

Did anyone ever find an answer to this?  If I unload Window Blinds, then Roboform works like it should.

I am running into the same issues.

Using Firefox 3,6,3, RoboForm 6.99, WindowBlinds latest build from 2/2010 - and Spy Sweeper on a WinXP with SP3.  These all do not play nice with their neighbors, but I have found this...

If you disable WindowBlinds and leave Roboform running, Firefox works.

If you disable WindowBlinds and Spy Sweeper - Firefox works.

If you disable Roboform and leave Spy Sweeper and Window Blinds running - Firefox will crash and not even open in Safe Mode.

If you leave all of them running - same result with Firefox.

If you disable Roboform and Spy Sweeper - Firefox will only work with certain skins and crash but will reopen.

I think the big culprit here is Spy Sweeper, it does cause trouble with other Windows programs as well.  WindowBlinds appears to be a part of the problem, probably more with Spy Sweeper, but not all of it.

Anybody else have any ideas?  I like WindowBlinds - go back to version 3 - and Firefox both - and they should work together.  They did before!

A coworker of mine has this same gumbo with Windows 7 and is only having trouble with Spy Sweeper.  Go figure... 8C

I suggest trying a Theme for Firefox, the Themes take over the skinning of Firefox and exclode WB anyway.

Check out the Themes I created if you're interested:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/user/4710003

If you use one of this themes and have problems, I may be able to help through the code of the Theme,

let me know on the support forum.

I just found out about a conflict between TabFox (or FoxTab) extention, make sure you're not using both.

The developers are aware of this, you can use the support of RoboForm, they are answering requests quickly as far as I know.
