Start Menu Launcher

helper was injected but failed to take effect

hi

i'm new to objectdock. i tried the software today and found it so great that i already bought objectdock_plus.

however, one problem i have:

i installed the start menu launcher. when i press the start button im my dock, i get the following error:

startmenu helper file was injected but failed to take effect.

can not show start menu at this time, please try again.

can anybody give me a tipp?

In Window Blinds Configuration there's a tab across the top row that says system information, Click the tab and copy the info, then edit your post to include that info so someone can help you better...okay? ;)

thanks for your reply. in my system i'm running windows xp, sp2 with FlyakiteOSX.

here are the information out of windowblinds (which i had to install first...):

Also, you do need to uninstall the free verion before you install the Plus version.  If you didn't do that, uninstall the Plus, uninstall the free, reboot, install the Plus.  I don't think that'll fix this particular problem but it will avoid others.
