BLack bar where object used to be

I was just wonder if this just happens to me....I have a 22" LCD monitor, 40" LCD television, and Vista 64, and when ever I load WMCE on the television I get a black bar on my screen where object dock  should be if i didn't have it on auto hide...I have 4GB of ram and a 9800GTX+ video card on a 3GHZ dual processor...i really don't believe its hardware but i don't have any proof..does anyone else have any similar problems??

That isn't really something we can test here so we can play it by ear for you. Have you attempted to mess around with the resolution of the TV yet?

I am interested to know more about this sort of set up if we have more people present that have the same. In the mean time I will query the developers.

Ok i figured it out...whenever vista Aero is active i get a black bar at the top of the screen where object dock would be if I didn't have it on auto hide...it works fine without aero.   Now I keep the object dock on my monitor and windows media center on the television...the television works fine, and for that matter so does the computer...the only thing is a black rectangle where OD should be...now when i mouse over to where the OD is the icons spring from the top of the scereen as ususal but the rectangle remains....if you need more details on my setup let me know...oh and i have tried different resolutions...the only thing that matters is when i have WCE on the televison and aero active on windows

It happens on my Vista laptop whenever Aero is turned on or off

e.g. disconnecting the outlet power causes aero to turn off and refresh the desktop, causing the black bar to appear. I then have to right click on the object dock to have it refresh and appear normlly again.
