Hi all,
I haven't played GAL CIV 2 for a while now but yesterday I suddenly bought the Dark avatar expansion and the twilight of arnor expansion at the same time.
So my question is; for anyone who is a little rusty in Gal Civ 2; which expansion should I play FIRST?

DA, If you want to follow the lineage of the game. For the experaince, i still say DA but thats alot more of a subjective point of view.
2.0 will change TA slightly so you may as well wait till 2.0 is finished and in our hands before testing yourself against the new tech trees and AI.
DA will introduce you to many new things carried over into TA and allow you to experiance it's own quirks as well.
DA first..then when TA2.0 is out, check it out then.
I would go the other way, and start with Twilight of the Arnor. I know that 2.0 will be a good sized change from TA 1.96, but the difference between DA and the current TA is dang near like playing a whole other game already. Me personally, once I went TA there was no going back.
Of course I would go TA anyway since it is the first GC2 game where the different AI races really *felt* different from each other. How the DA AI races all played very similarly to each other (biggest difference I noticed was who they would each ally with) was my only real complaint about GC2.
