no reply to support requests

Need a bit of help here,

2 weeks ago i sent a request to ironclad saying my game sins of a solar empire is continually crashing with mini dumps but ive stil had no reply after two weeks except the auto one, i sent a second a week ago but still no reply to that 1 too.

I sent these to support@ironclad.com

Any ideas?
