Theme Manager Not Saving And Not Detecting Correctly

 My Desktop Really Looks Like This (Theres More Stuff But Most Of it Isnt Transparent and Would Ruin the Image):

 

Theme manager Is Saving it as a suite that looks Like this:

Also It Doesnt Detect Any Of My Object Desktop Components Except Windows Blinds And BootSkins.

It Also Doesnt Even Show NeXTStart as A Category But In The Software Description It Says NeXTStart Is Supported.
