Progress bar affection

Version: Enhanced 6.3.67 x86

Skin: Leo with activated transparency

When e. g. burning a disk with Nero and moving then a window over Nero, the progress bar is jumping up as it would be have more percent as it really has.

Does this occur with any other skins that contain transparency?

Just tried another - same happens.

Also tried different transparency settings - the same. Also different blur settings - the same.

OS is btw XP SP3.
