Cannot install SkinStudio 5

I am unable to install SkinStudio 5 - I keep getting this 'you need to install this with admin privileges' error.  It comes right after the 'Windows Blinds is not installed' alert message.  I am already logged in as the admin.  I have Windows XP SP 2 and WindowsBlinds 6.  I need SkinStudio 5 to convert some msstyles to wba.

If anyone has managed to install Skin Studio 5 on a computer that does not have any version of WindowsBlinds installed, please let me know, so I can simply do the conversion in a virtual machine.
