De-sync of multiplayer game clients

so i have been using 1.09 with a few friends, and every game we play i get "De-synced" from the "real game." What i mean by this is as follows:

 

The Game Continues to run. i can see my allies ships move, and see them defend, they can see the same for me, but slight descrepencies arise. Examplel:  My friend is defending his asteroid with 100 ships. my second friend sees the same thing. To my eyes, my frist friend has 10 ships and loses. to his eyes and everyone else in the game, he wins and keeps control of the planet.

 

Another Example: I have 4 Cap ships, 20 Cruisers, and 100 Frigates. my friend attacks. to my eyes, he has 10 frigates, 2 cruisers and 1 Cap Ship. He Loses.      NOW his version: i have 4 Caps, 20 Cruisers, and 100 Frigates, he has 2 caps, 30 frigates, and 20 cruisers. he destroys my Dunov class and runs.

 

this happens EVERY single game, we can not play like this. not sure if this post  should be here or the beta forum, but i will post it there too.

Please contact support@ironcladgames.com with any replays and savegames you've got.

Unfortunately this will probably have to do, until the DEVS give us another de-sync debugging .exe for the community to test the bug on.

I just had the same issue with de-syncing in multiplayer.  A 3 player multiplayer game (1.095) the host got out of sync with the other 2 (who remained in sync). What is strange is that chat messages are all still sent/received by everyone, and even after a save / reload of the game, the syncing error existed.  Is there any idea what causes something like this or something we can test?  All installs have been verified.
