download problems

I just bought sins of a solar empire and i'm trying to download the theme but i keep getting experiencing network difficulties. I also get this problem trying to download the diamond one as well. Any ideas how to fix this?

Run the game and hit update from the main menu. This will ask you to download additional content. The theme should be a part of that content.

What is the problem you are having with downloading the Diamond theme? I assume you mean the MyColors one?
