Can't start up Demigod anymore, possibly due to a graphics card patch update?

Originally when I installed it I was able to play it fine, then I stopped playing for a while and I know I had updated my graphics driver somewhere inbetween not playing Demigod and then starting to play Demigod again. The graphics card thing is the only thing I can think of that could be a problem.
