    You Might Know This But.....................GIMP is another Photoshop Alternative And it is Free and Does Everything That Artweaver Can Do. It Can Even Run Photoshop Plugins And Run Filters For Animated GIF's.

    Introduction to GIMP

    GIMP is an acronym for GNU Image Manipulation Program. It is a freely distributed program for such tasks as photo retouching, image composition and image authoring.
