Also having a problem with weekend purchase

no registration keys, or items listed available in Impulse

Here's my order information:

As of 10:30 Eastern time my credit card has NOT been charged. The purchase was through Impulse.

Because your order contained The Witcher, which has not yet been released, the entire order was saved by our system as a preorder and has not been charged. If left as is, your order will not be charged and fulfilled until The Witcher is released, at which time your entire order will be charged and filled. 

Otherwise, please email sales@stardock.com, who can cancel this existing preorder so you can place two new orders - one for The Witcher, and one for the other items on your current order.
