Pick up games?

I was planning on playing a game of sins with a number of fellow gamers but since a lot of us can't make the time for a full out game I was wondering if it was possible to play a game for a few hours, save, then meet together sometimes later and pick up the game where we left off? Anybody know how/if I can do this? Thanks.

Yes, you "save" the game (hit "menu" then "save" while in-game).  Then on another day you "load" the saved game when your're hosting.

If you have "a few hours" then you should be able to finish a single online multiplayer game.  A 3v3 on the large random single star is normally decided in about an hour-and-a-half and most of those games are over within 2 hours.
