When will the Start menu issue be fixed?

I still can't use the Start Menu Launcher because of the "StartMenu helper file was injected but failed to take effect" issue. I'm using the latest version of Objectdock Plus running on Windows XP Pro SP3. I've searched the forums and there was talk of a fix coming out for it, but that was about a year ago.

This is a current and known error that is being worked on for the 2.0 version. However you can try updating to the current beta of Object Dock Plus through Impulse. The error is tracked to that version as well but some customers have claimed sucess from doing so.

Thanks Bichur!

It will be addressed in the full update. There is no intention to patch for the start menu fix at this time. This bug actually affects less than small percent of our customers so the developers are pushing ahead on the 2.0 update rather than write a fix patch. In the end it should save time and make more people really happy. I am sorry for the trouble until that time.

Please let me know if you need anything!

Any estimates as to when this mythical V2.0 will see the light of day?

Sorry no, nothing offical. I don't want to venture even a guess at the risk of dissapointing people. However I will, as well as Wincustomize.com, keep you up to date as things progress.
