Makers of DoTA

Curious question

Just a quickie: Anyone know if the makers of DoTA are involved in the production of Demigod?

I was under the assumption it was purely "inspired" by DoTA and wasn't being made by the same people, but I've heard things to the contrary.

As far as I know, they are not involved. Demigod was partially inspired by DotA but otherwise doesn't really have anything to do with it.

icefrog has nothing to do with demigod.

icefrog is the current keeper of dota and the updater of it also.
