Problem with other program

I use a program called Fritz11 which is a chess program.  After installing OD and customizing windows I'm having a problem with Fritz. I have attached a pic for reference.

When I go online with Fritz I'm not getting all the information I use to in the areas marked with the red arrow.  In the top section noted it use to show all games in progress but now the screen is black unless I click on an area, then the information shows up.  The same goes for the bottom area noted as well.

Anyone know why this is happening?

XP x32 SP3.

EDIT:  It is Windowblinds that is causing the problem.  When I unload it the problem goes away.

I believe this is a bug in Windows with layering.

Have you tried a lighter blind?

I frequently have that problem with text boxes and occasionally with menu items when using a darker skin.

Well odd goings on.  I loaded windowblinds again and the problem has not surfaced.  Keeping fingers crossed.

 

Hate to say it but does this program get much technical support anymore?  I've left an email a few days ago that has yet to be answered.

Window Blinds is fully supported.  With regard to your email to support did you get an autoreply?  Have you checked your spam folder in the event support isn't added yet to your address book?  Do you have a ticket number?
