No apply buttons

The internet section has no apply buttons

I run the latest update of Stardoc TweakVista on a Vista Business. It is version 1.1.0 according to the Welcome window, but it should be updated to 1.1.0.13 or 1.1.0.17 or something like that, using Stardoc Impulse.

TweakVista is run as administrator.

The Internet settings do not have any "Apply changes" button, not even a greyed-out one as the Services settings have.

Why? What can I do to enable TweakVista to change these settings?

As soon as you change the settings in most of TV they are applied.  No apply button needed.

yes most of TV are applied but what about others? I change network settings (enable explicit congestion notification)  and when i close TV and restart it i see my setting is gone. so  how can I apply it permamnently?

For that command, please go to a command propt and enter:

netsh interface tcp set global congestionprovider=ctcp

Then reload TV and see if it's enabled. Let me know how that goes please.

Congratulations - you've found a bug! TweakVista mixes up the checkboxes, displaying the setting for Compound TCP in the ECN checkbox, and vicer versa. However, if you do change a setting, the change will be made to the setting you intended to change, even if it is displayed incorrectly after restarting TweakVista. This will be fixed in the next release of TweakVista.

I tried command and it says something like: "it was unsuccessful on IPv4, need update for this operation"
