Is it very difficult to merge accounts?

Ive been buying Stardock games for years now since Galactic Civ 1. I now own 10 or so but seems 8 are on my old email address and 2 on the new, and Ive got 8 new games in my cart but want to have one merged account before I buy. What do I need to  have the accounts merged? Ive all the original CDs and my old and new address, and phone number if needed.
