Stardock Survey

Well last night I got a survey to fill out sent to me by Stardock.  Seeing as I’m pretty happy with the game and services so far I thought to myself why not.  Going through the survey I found that some of the questions really didn’t apply to me.  Why is it then that I should still have to answer them before I can go onto the next page?  why is it that they didn’t put, "does not apply" as an option for us to choose?  In future please when sending out surveys put that option in, that why I could proved more accurate information to the company.

Yep, agreed.

I mean, I don't mind giving Stardock some feed back, but why do I have to choose if I'm not satisfied with any of the option. THe one related towards Impulse was the best one.

It went something like ( after I clearly stated that I never used it and never will use it ), what is your favorit type of download option ???  I mean, .... I just said I never used it !!!

I dont think I got that far.

11 and 12 were questions I couldnt answer, so I stopped. When you dont have a clue about what they are asking, making a choice is rediculous. There should have been other options to allow you to not make a choice and still move on. Or not making a choice at all and still move on.

It wasnt a very well designed questionaire, thats for sure.

2 of the questions at the bottom required an answer, yet were worded as "pick if they apply", but none did. Was a little silly.

Some of the questions also may have been better suited to checkboxes then radio buttons...
