File type icons not changing

Hey there!

I am having a following problem with IP - file type icons (many tested) don't seem to change from Windows' default ones.
Individual files do change after a restart, but not file type ones. Rebuilding cache and Repairing icons-functions under "Settings" have no effect.
I'm using IP 4.00 x64, running on Vista Ultimate x64 (non SP1 yet).

Update: I can now confirm that icons do change for some file types (.torrent and .iso) immediately, without restart, while others (.txt, .ini, .dll and so on) really don't :/
