Windowblinds Problems

I Can't Get Rid of These!!!!!!

Help!! I have been dealing with this problem way too long. These appear in any program I open, in my Windows Directory, and in System32 files. I have deleted the .WB4 ext. from the Registry, I have tried shredding these using different programs, but they just keep coming back. Also, they do not show the borders and "Min., Max., Close" disappears in the programs I open. I have to check thru all my programs in "Program Files" and in the "Users" files. I could sit here all day long deleting these and they will still come back. I have un-installed Windowblinds and re-installed many times, but that will not work either. Any advice is very welcome. I'm sick of this.

Here are the "Brats"

_PersonalityHorz 1.WB4

_PersonalityVert 1.WB4

_PersonalityHorz 2.WB4

_PersonalityVert 2.WB4

Thank You,

>:(  Arggghhhhhhh!!!! I'm going absolutely crazy with these .WB4 personality files or wharever they are. ;P Now, I can't even get rid of them by re-installing my nvidia drivers. I checked the driver files and the "personality" files are in there too. Even though I shredded the "personality" files, then re-installed the drivers, they are back......

Someone please help, this is driving me X( ;P #:( :'(

If you haven't done so already, please email support@stardock.com and start a trouble ticket. They will be able to assist you.

I've been trying to do just that, but my last email has not been answered in quite awhile. :annoyed: Also, they have told me to uninstall windowblinds and reinstall. I've done that many times already before I contacted support. As to date, I have not heard from them and am getting really, really, really tired of these things popping up  in my programs.

I will give them one last chance to answer my emails before I get #:( . Ilove windowblinds and bought it quite awhile ago, then, not too long ago, I bought Object Desktop, so I should get some kind of support. :S :S

Thanks,

Can you please PM me the email address you used to create the ticket, or better yet the ticket number? Please know that support was not available over the holiday weekend. This might be the cause for delay as we are still recovering from the blow to our queues. I look forward to getting this solved for you.

Hi Seabass, never received a "Ticket #" nor a reply from support. I pm'ed you the address. I ran the update from "Impulse" for WB and so far, those "_Personality" files have not shown up. Maybe WB 6.3 fixed the problem, not sure yet.

Thanks, I appreciate any help I can get on this matter.
