WindowBlinds Not Working

I just purchased Object Desktop and am trying to use WindowBlinds, and when I choose a theme that I want, I tell it to apply my changes, I get the Grey screen, and the message please wait.... this takes over a min and then it applies windows classic theme instead of the one I selected!

Got my Windowblinds CD today and got the same problem.

From where?  I'd install Impulse and let it update.  Go from there.
