"object dock has stopped working" error help

installed it, when to click icon to start and error... "object dock has stopped working"

i then uninstalled, ran cccleaner, cleaned out the reg, rebooted then reinstalled, same thing!

im trying thhe freeware before i buy.. im using vista 32bit.. if anyone has suggestion.....

Same here, have uninstalled and reinstalled with no effect. Vista 32 Bit, SP1, latest updates installed. I read about XP users having issues with the MSN Docklet, however I have no MSN Docklet.

If you haven't done so start a ticket with support@stardock.com. You should get an auto response either in your in basket or spam. Keep track of your ticket number and you should get a response late in the week Friday? Keep in mind it's a 3 day weekend. Do not send in additional emails this just causes you to drop to the bottom of the list.

I have found that, even though I log in with administrator privileges, I sometimes have to right-click on the install executable and choose "Run As Administrator" to really have it run elevated.

You might want to give that a shot just to see.
