Creating Docklets

Help Please...

I already have the ObjeckDock SDK dl from the Stardock site.  Now, if I have Microsoft C++2008 Express, is that enough to create docklets?  Specifically, can I use that for compiling?  I've searched and searched for info on how to create docklets but can't find anything relevant.  Any help out there?

i downloaded vc++08 express and the sdk, but when i tried to compile the SampleDocklet that came along with the SDK it gave me a lot of strcpy warnings and an error:

".\SampleDocklet.rc(10) : fatal error RC1015: cannot open include file 'afxres.h'."

what should i do?

The express edition doesn't come with MFC support, so you'll need to remove any reference to it from your project.

I hope this means that you are going to try to make a weather docklet where you can change the backdrop by browsing for it like everything else! :D I've been thinking about that for a while, I don't know anything about making docklets myself, but, maybe you can talk to this guy..... http://fedroponce.wincustomize.com/

to look in C: \ Program Files \ Stardock \ ObjectDock \ docklet \ Calendar
I find a file calendar.dll and an image calendar.png
