Hi, I have a ticket #TTE-651413 in since last week.  I thought I should have received a response by now from support.  ??

That email is actually at the top of the list currently. The ticket came in late on Thursday and there is no support over the weekend. We will work hard to get a reply out to you as soon as we can. Sorry for the delay.

Not sure why it came in late Thursday,  :NOTSURE: it was sent at 2:00am, oh well. I got a response recently requesting additional info and have sent it in now. Thanks for checking for me. :D
