Unable to Install Icon Packages

I have downloaded a couple of Icon Packager compliant packages, from Wincustomize.com.  In fact, I'd used these packages before I'd had to recently format my computer, so I know they work just fine with Icon Packager.  However I am not unable to install these packs, and am given the following error:

Failed to Load SDCZip.dll

Then it tells me to reinstall Icon Packager, which I have now done twice, with no success.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Does it specifically say to reinstall Iconpackager?
or it more along 'reinstall program'?

if you're using StarDock Central (SDC) - reinstall SDC over itself

Here is a quick and easy way to get a clean install of SDC going:

 -Run the file here: http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/remove_sdc.bat
 -Restart your computer
 -Reinstall SDC from here: http://sdc.stardock.com/sdcentral_setup.exe

I don't have StarDock Central installed though. Is this something I need to have as well as the program I purchased, which is Icon Packager? It did in fact say to "reinstall program", so perhaps that is what I need as well? As I recall, all I had used before, was Icon Packager.

Again, thanks so much for your help!

"StarDockCentraZip"

-Restart your computer

as in paste the above address into IE and click go

SDC is the previous download manager/installer/uninstall/archiver etc

try following Seabass' suggestion - it should work
