Explorer crashes on right-click

How do I file a support request with Stardock?

As you can see, it's Windowblinds causing this issue.  It's unusable in this state, so I need support.

So how do I file a support request?  I can't seem to find 'Support' among the list of options on the main landing page, just 'Forums'.  But I don't want an answer from the community, I want an answer from Stardock support.  So how to get it?
