Account deleted? Lost?

Ok, I just bought Political maching 08 from impulse. I installed it, and when I went to update it said my acount didn't exist. It says the same thing when I opened up stardock central. Please tell me my account isn't gone for good. Im going to be livid if I lost $200 worth of games for no reason.
