A friend of mine has lost his password for his Multiplayer Account.
How to recover it?

Contact support@stardock.com and they should be able to send the password to the original e-mail address used to register the game.

Although if you mean ICO, then you'll have to contact support@ironcladgames.com, since Stardock has nothing to do with ICO ;)
