Nothing but trouble!

I really like the themes and was thinking about learning how to make my own with SS 6 Pro. But I get nothing but trouble from WB and since I paid for it. Skin Studio will not open. (Install errors.) It's little things like when I right click on the Task Bar it disapears! Or when I ckick on any of the buttons in notepad it closes. When I bought these two products I was told how well they worked with Windows. That is a flat out lie!

 If anyone knows why all this stuff (errors) is happening to my OS. Let me know. If there isn't a fix for all of this. I want my money back. I am so disapointed with this program. I had real high hopes that these little problems would be fixed. But as I read here in the forums. It's only getting worse.

I have installed, cleaned up and re-installed so many times I have lost count. (Really!) I don't want to try and fix things on my end. I want Star Dock to fix the problems before they allow another version to come out. Or stop putting out a buggy program and expecting money for it.
