Problems shutting down XP (tablet edition)

Finally installed ObjectDock pro on my tablet Pc (XP business (tablet) latest service patch Nvidia card 4 gig ram - dual core) to clean up my messy desk top.
All works except that when I come to shut down I get a whole series of end program boxes popping up stopping my machine from turning off:
Menusw.exe
wisptis.exe
connections tray
and a few more that I didn't capture.
Uninstalling and a clean install doesn't help.
If I shut down immediately after booting I shut down fine though if I use the dock I get the errors.
If I uninstall Objectdock the errors go away.
(I am not hiding the task bar and have the 2 standard docks but with some shortcuts added to tabbed one)
Any one experienced this or have any ideas as to how I can sort it?
